A man in a yellow shirt and blue jeans is captured mid-swing on a green artificial turf mat. Other men stand nearby watching the practice session. The scene takes place outdoors on a sunny day next to a gravel area and a building. danville, illinois

The summer sun descends from heavens high,
To cast a glow upon the grassy plain.
A man prepares to let the white ball fly,
And seeks to master every swing and strain.
With yellow shirt against the azure sky,
He holds the club with focus in his eyes.
The watchers stand as moments pass them by,
Beneath the light where quiet spirit lies.
The gravel waits beside the verdant mat,
As shadows stretch across the dusty ground.
No heavy clouds or storm clouds threaten yet,
In this bright space where peace is surely found.
A simple game beneath the open air,
With sunlight dancing in the summer flare.

Upon the green where quiet shadows play.
A youthful man beneath the azure sky,
Prepares to strike the ball and start the fray.
With focused gaze and grip held firm and tight,
He swings the club in one decisive arc.
The metal head reflects the midday light,
A sudden movement, swift and bright and stark.
The artificial turf is emerald green,
While trees stand tall in summer's warm embrace.
A peaceful scene, a quiet, calm routine,
With sunlight dancing on his youthful face.
He seeks the flight of white across the land,
With iron club held steady in his hand.

The golden sun descends with heavy light,
And casts its glow across the summer grass.
The shadows stretch to meet the coming night,
As silent moments through the garden pass.
A crowd is gathered in the cooling shade,
Beneath the boughs of ancient, leafy trees.
While memories of the vows that were made,
Are carried softly on the evening breeze.
The brickwork church stands tall against the sky,
Its steeple reaching for the fading blue.
As daylight starts to dim and slowly die,
The world is bathed in such a brilliant hue.
In this bright hour where the spirits play,
We celebrate the dawning of a day.

The metal steeds in silence stand in line,
Upon the grass where quiet shadows creep.
Beneath the vast and pale and empty sky,
While ancient stones their lonely vigil keep.
A red sedan, a blue and dark machine,
Are parked beside the markers of the dead.
No movement stirs within this tranquil scene,
Where life and memory are softly wed.
The sun descends upon the grassy plain,
And casts a light upon the stone and steel.
No sound of life or sorrow or of pain,
Disturbs the peace that these two worlds conceal.
Between the living wheels and silent grave,
There lies a stillness that the heavens crave.

The golden sun descends across the field,
And casts a shadow long upon the ground.
The summer light begins to slowly yield,
As quiet peace in every leaf is found.
A mighty tree stands tall against the light,
Its leafy crown a canopy of green.
It guards the earth from coming of the night,
In stillness where the sunlight is unseen.
The grass is dappled with the shifting shade,
A tapestry of emerald and of gold.
As day begins to flicker and to fade,
The stories of the afternoon are told.
In silent dance the light and darkness play,
To mark the passing of a summer day.

She stands amidst the light and leafy gloom.
The emerald leaves create a verdant screen,
To frame a moment captured in the heat.
A peaceful grace in every subtle sheen,
As light and shadow in the garden meet.
In summer's warmth, a quiet joy is found,
Where silent beauty rises from the ground.

The sun descends behind the distant trees,
And casts the world in shades of deepest grey.
A gentle hush is carried on the breeze,
As light departs to end the passing day.
Her form is etched against the fading glow,
A dark silhouette against the evening sky.
While shadows in the grass begin to grow,
And golden light prepares to say goodbye.
No features show within the darkened frame,
Just shape and grace against the twilight air.
She stands amidst the fields without a name,
With quiet poise and sunlight in her hair.
Though darkness comes to claim the dying light,
Her shadow lingers in the coming night.

Upon the grass where quiet shadows creep,
A stone remains to mark a life long past.
While weary souls in silent slumber sleep,
The shadows of the afternoon are cast.
The marble wears the marks of wind and rain,
With faded letters etched upon its face.
To tell of joy and loss and ancient pain,
Within this calm and hallowed resting place.
The sunlight warms the weathered, lichened stone,
As time erodes the names we used to know.
Though many years have through the valley flown,
The seeds of memory continue to grow.
In stillness here, the heavy silence stays,
To honor those from long-forgotten days.

No heavy words or loud commands are found,
Just quiet grace in everything she'll do.
The silver lines divide the view in parts,
A patterned veil across her smiling face.
It captures moments held within our hearts,
With stillness and a calm and steady grace.
Though steel may stand between the lens and sight,
Her spirit shines with pure and gentle light.

Within the wire bounds of silver mesh,
A man sits low upon the dusty ground.
The evening air is calm and strangely fresh,
While silence settles all around.
A masked intruder wanders near his feet,
With curious eyes and fur of grey and black.
In this small space where earth and metal meet,
There is no path to lead the wanderer back.
The wooden hut stands silent in the shade,
A hollow shell amidst the scattered wood.
In twilight's light, the summer colors fade,
As nature meets the world as best it could.
Two souls abide within this fenced retreat,
Where wild and human briefly chance to meet.

In peaceful repose, free from any care,
While all the light has faded far away.

The calmest sight that eyes have ever seen.

The scene features a collection of scale-model skyscrapers of varying heights and architectural styles. A lush, green hillside with miniature trees rises beside the urban structures. In the foreground, a blurred white object suggests motion along a track. danville, illinois

A tiny world of stone and glass is laid,
Where mountain slopes meet towers tall and grand.
In sculpted earth, the urban lines are played,
By careful hands and a designer's hand.
The buildings rise in shades of grey and white,
Against a hill of green and mossy hue.
They stand prepared to face the morning light,
In miniature, a world both old and new.
A streak of white goes rushing through the frame,
As motion blurs the path along the ground.
No living soul can call this place by name,
Where silent, static wonders can be found.
A quiet realm where small dimensions reign,
Within this crafted, miniature domain.

A quiet, crafted, and most still scene,
Where silent, tiny wonders can be found.
No wind does blow across this static land,
No clouds do drift above the mountain peak.
Built by a steady and a careful hand,
It holds the secrets that the models seek.
A miniature realm in a room so vast,
Where moments of the maker's art are cast.
